Mark your calendar for Olde Ipswich Days - Friday, July 25 to Sunday, July 27, 2008 - 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.  The event will be held on the South Green, corner of South Main Street and County Road.

Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Ipswich Public Library will hold their biggest book sale of the year from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, July 26 and from Noon to 3:00 PM on Sunday, July 27, 2008 on the Heard House Lawn, 54 South Main Street.

This event, in connection with Olde Ipswich Days, features a large variety of hardcover books priced at $1.00 and paperbacks for $0.50.

Holiday Happenings Annual Block Dance

Saturday, July 26, 2008 - 6:00 to 9:00 PM.  This Year's theme will be "Celebrate Ipswich".  The band, Another Friday Night, will be playing all of your favorites.

The event will be held on Market Street in front of The First National Bank of Ipswich. 

Downtown Survey

The Ipswich Planning Department has completed a survey about what residents and visitors think about our Downtown.  They received over 900 responses.  You can view the summary of the responses as well as individual comments at  On-Line Survey .
